An awesome 2 days Murchison Falls National Park safari offering a brief but rewarding Letsgo Safari. Activities include a visit to the top of the falls, a launch cruise on the Nile, and a game drive in the park viewing several wildlife such as Nubian giraffes, lions, antelopes, hyenas, savannah elephants, leopards, common warthogs, and many more. You will also visit the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a rhino tracking activity.

Day 1: Pickup from your hotel, airport pickup/Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Day 2: Morning game drive and return to Kampala via Ziwa rhino sanctuary
Detailed Itinerary
Day1: Kampala > Murchison Falls National Park – Afternoon boat cruise.
You will have breakfast and shortly meet your driver guide at the lounge ready to pick you. He will brief you about your safari before you start the journey to Murchison Falls National Park-Uganda’s largest safari park with the world’s most powerful waterfall. Upon arrival in the park, you will drive to the top of the falls and later transfer to check-in at the hotel for hot lunch. Shortly after lunch, you will proceed for a boat cruise that will grant you an opportunity to an eccentric view of the Nile, amidst the encounter of the huge Nile crocodiles, hippos, and several other wildlife and waders like African skimmers on the lake shores. You will later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Murchison> Kampala via Ziwa rhino sanctuary.
Have an early breakfast, check out of the lodge and head out for a game drive in the savannah in search of wildlife such as Nubian giraffes, Lake Chad buffaloes, lions, spotted hyenas, savannah elephants, Uganda kobs, lelwel’s hartebeest, common warthogs, oribi, bohor’s reedbuck and many birds like Black-headed Lapwing, Blue-headed Coucal, Giant kingfisher, Swamp flycatcher, Red-throated bee-eater, and Black-billed barbet among others. The game drive is conducted in the Northern sector of the park.
After this experience, you will continue with the journey to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking where you will get an opportunity to watch the rhinos in their natural habitat. The activity can take between 1 – 2 hours and after proceed back to Kampala. Optional drop off at your hotel or the airport for your flight.
